PR C-201 Arbúcies – Montsoriu
The route begins at the Montseny Ethnology Museum in Arbúcies and ends up at Montsoriu Castle, considered one of the finest Gothic era fortresses in Catalonia.

PR C-139  Path from Pi Novell to Sant Pere de Vilamajor
The PR-C 139 short-distance path covers a total of 18 km 319 m and takes 6 hours 30 min to cover, with a difference in elevation of 1062 m and a moderate level of difficulty. It passes by old stone farmhouses, fountains and offers the chance to visit the Sant Elies hermitage. Wonderful views of the entire Montseny massif. Start point in Sant Antoni de Vilamajor.

Local Path C-81 Nine-branched Chestnut Tree
he Castanyer de les Nou Branques (Nine-Branched Chestnut Tree) route begins at the Font de les Paitides Fountain and ends back at the same point, although it is a good idea to set out from the European Natural Cultural Centre in Viladrau where additional information is available. It is a circular 7 km route passing through a number of different ecosystems in the park, each with their own native flora and fauna, while also taking in one of the Montseny’s largest chestnut trees.

PR C-42  Path of Taradell
This walk leads to the highest point of Taradell, passing close by the castle. The start point is the Font Gran fountain, heading towards the centuries-old El Pujol holm oak tree and the former El Pujol quarry. It continues in the direction of the Sant Quirzehermitage, and then heads towards L’Enclusa, the highest point of Taradell. The path passes byTaradell Castle and then drops down to the Sequers de Gasala burial mound, passing close by the monument to the Everest 85 Catalan expedition, the first from Catalonia to conquer the world’s highest summit. It then continues towards the golf course, which it skirts before returning to the start point at the Font Gran.

Local path SL-C 85  El Brull – Coll Formic

This path makes you discover part of the rich monumental heritage in El Brull (for instance the Romanesque church of Sant Martí, the ancient castle of El Brull, some Catalan farmhouses such as la Castanyera and la Morera, the Carlists’ cross…) and such nice places like the Fountain of Faig, the hermitage of Maria Mitjancera or Coll Formic.
